Untold Adventures PHilippines had a quick escapade in the province of Batangas, municipality of Agoncillo to explore a "Bali" inspired garden resort named Villa Jovita.
Compared with other resorts in Batangas with typical pool and beach facilities, Villa Jovita offers not just a pool but also an access to a local river and an atmosphere of a rural area.

Use Google Maps or Waze for easy transportation. A good two (2) to three (3) hour travel from Manila passing by SLEX, continuing to Star Toll and exiting at Tambo will take you directly to Lemery, Batangas is the quicker way to reach the destination instead of the Tagaytay route.
via PUBLIC VEHICLE (travel time 3 to 4 hours)
Take a bus bound to Lemery, Batangas. DLTB bus lines in Buendia offers trips to Lemery (fare at around PhP178.00). Alight at bus terminal in front of Xentro Mall and take a tricycle to drop you at Villa Jovita Resort (fare range from PhP50.00 to 80.00).
